SAMADI was established in 2024 in the United Arab Emirates as part of the international ISA Holding Group, which carries over 10 years of experience in investment, alternative energy, real estate asset management, and education.
The company focuses on delivering comprehensive solutions in design, architecture, and construction, upholding the highest standards of quality, innovation, and precision.

Islamidin Samatdin is the visionary founder of SAMADI Fitouts and the international holding group ISA Holding.
Born in Kazakhstan, Almaty city and now based in Dubai, he has built a dynamic career that bridges continents — developing successful ventures in construction, real estate, and investment across Central Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
Driven by a passion for design and excellence, Islamidin created SAMADI as a brand that unites architecture, creativity, and precision engineering.
His mission is simple yet powerful: to craft spaces that inspire success and stand the test of time.
